It was actually a counter to Tracer, too bad it was brokenly overpowered and ruined the game. Remember when Hanzo got his orginal Spam Arrow and it was able to one shot Tracer? Countered her, too bad it was brokenly overpowered. Rember when Hogs hook was a counter to Tracer? Too bad it was overpower
