RAINBOW FRIENDS, but They're MUTANTS! is an episode of Rainbow Friends. After Blue is transformed into a toxic Hulk-like monster, Purple has to warn the others. Unfortunately, Red turns Green and Orange into mutants too. But Red is holding a dark secret Blue is seen dangling from a rope, begging a figure looking like Red not to drop him into a barrel of radioactive waste. He does so, and Blue is transformed into a hideous mutant. Purple is watching from the vents and goes to warn the others.
