Yamada Asaemon Genji is a supporting character in the 2018 manga series Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku and the 2023 anime adaptation of the same name. He was a member of the Yamada clan and is ranked 8th as an Asaemon. He was assigned to be the monitor for the criminal, Moro Makiya for the expedition at Shinsenkyō in their mission to acquire the Elixir of Life. He is voiced by Volcano Ōta in Japanese and Gabe Kunda in English. A tall man of muscular build with pale brown skin. Genji has short hair
