This is Sparta is an Achievement in Weird West. This works with Companions so go to a high place where companions can follow, make them stand close to a ledge and kick them off. Any character who falls of a ledge in this fashion will drop their hats. They will regain their headgears after reloading to transitioning to another map. This achievement is a reference to the movie 300.
