Pre-Order Policy When you Pre-Order something at most Ma & Pa shops that means that we directly order on your behalf, therefore ALL Pre-Orders are non-refundable/non-transferable. We wish we could be more flexible on this but it would cause us a lot of commotion and footing bills we never intended on. The benefit to this is it is a binding agreement on our side too. Sometimes the dates can be subject to change here and there but we do 100% guarantee that item or set coming solely for you.
