Bloodshed is an entity in Floor 1. It can only appear when the Crucifix or any Crucifix-related items have been used. When it appears, it usually does at roughly door 25 or 60. It guarantees damage but not death when appears. Whichever entity had the crucifix used on it equals damage. It will appear to overview what you have done. (add your fanmade entities if you'd like.) Bloodshed is unable to kill you, only being able to leave you at 1 HP. Bloodshed was originally gonna be much deadlier.
